You will require a soil report, Sewer plan, title certificate and site plan with details marked like pool location and distance from the boundary's. On this plan a fence plan needs to be marked out w/ gate location. If you don't have this information we can generate this for you.
We will need to gather more information regarding your site, -access, location, weight of plunge pool and whether its above or below ground, email us to arrange a phone call or site visit. Packages start at $31,000 (permit, insurance and delivery included).
Once we have entered into a contract together, we can submit the application to council depending on which council area your in it can take 2-4 weeks. This is the time to purchase your plunge pool as lead times are generally the same. Once we have a permit and Plungie have completed your build, it generally takes us within a week to get to site and 2-3 days to install your brand new pool: )
Purchasing your Plungie throu us will cost the same amount, the rrp on all plungies never changes. Our installations are a fixed price service, our price packages are discounted when purchased through us. Not to mention our very competitive prices on after sales equipment like heaters..!
The choice of chemical system depends on your personal preference. Options include chlorine, salt, or a more natural options like mineral or magnesium water. All our pools are quoted with mineral/ magnesium salts. Mineral or Magnesium pool water is gentle on sensitive skin, provides a more natural feel, and is beneficial to your health.
The QBCC Home warranty insurance is 7 years from Installation.Plungie's manufacturer warranty is 10 yrs of any defects.
We don’t include the cost of electrical works, permanent pool fencing, landscaping, soil removal and dumping (if required) or crane hire (if required).
