Plungie Max being installed into a sandy site, all within a few days.
The experience crew getting the job done ontime and budget.
Certification of the pool installation must be submitted to the local council or via a private certifier. This step is Aquaman Installations. We provide the required pool documentation for these submissions to the certifier. We will need specific documentation from yourself to support this application; Soli report, site plan, fence plan, application form details, engineering and cert 15 from manufacturer.
Every Plunge pool must sit on a pre-engineered concrete slab or footing of some sort specific to the particular soil type of the site. Earth excavation and soil removal if the pool is going in-ground or semi-recessed will be required and organised by our excavation crews. Generally a dig and slab will occur in the same day or two.
Freight from the manufactures plant will be arranged by us, as the sooner we have control of the product the less can go wrong. Avoiding delays in delivery while expensive crane hire is onsite is one example. This stage of the process requires a lot of particular planning.
-Crane hire is one of the most variable factors in an installation, as they are always site-specific and heavily impacted by the ease of access to the property.
Every plunge Pool is supplied with its primary plumbing fixtures, the skimmer box and provisions for general filtration.
The pool requires a plumb-up service to connect the general filtration equipment to these pre-fitted provisions. Depending on the chosen equipment, this will be completed by our professional installation team on the day. During the excavation we will prepare the filtration slab ready for the filtration.
A standard equipment package of filtration pump, chlorinator and filter are available for purchase as apart of our full service package.
If the Plunge pool is being installed in-ground or semi-recessed, the over-excavated area of the footing will need to be backfilled with sand or a granular material that will allow for drainage away from the footings. While installing the plumb-in the back fill will occur.
As Aquaman strives to be greener, we opt for recycled materials for the backfill, we prefer to use recycled concrete which is more eco friendly and cheaper.
